Goa Escort Service respects intellectual property rights and the privacy of individuals. This page explains how to ask us to remove content from escortgoaservice.com under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") or on other legitimate grounds such as privacy, consent and defamation.
We are based in India and are not a United States service provider, but we voluntarily follow a DMCA-style process because it gives rights holders and individuals a clear, documented way to reach us. Nothing on this page is legal advice; if your matter is urgent or complex, consult a qualified lawyer.
1. Who owns content on the Website
Profiles, photographs and descriptions are usually supplied by advertisers, companions or third parties. We host that content as a directory. We do not claim ownership of user-submitted photos or text, and we do not independently verify that every uploader owns the rights to what they send us.
If you own a photograph or text and it appears here without your permission, you can ask us to remove it. We will act on valid requests and may remove content while a dispute is reviewed.
2. Filing a DMCA takedown notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". To be effective, your notice should include all of the following:
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the photo, text or other work you say is infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the infringing material. The exact URL(s) on escortgoaservice.com where the material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it. General references to the Website are not enough.
- Your contact information. Full name, postal address, telephone number and email address so we can reach you.
- Good-faith statement. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification, which can delay removal. We may also ask for proof of ownership, such as the original image file, EXIF data or a link to the first publication.
3. What happens after you submit
- We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and to complete our review within 7 business days.
- We may temporarily hide the reported content while we investigate.
- If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader where we have contact details.
- If the notice is unclear, we may ask for more information before acting.
- We keep a record of notices and actions for legal and repeat-infringer purposes.
Removal of a profile photo may leave the rest of a listing visible. If the entire listing depends on infringing content, we may remove the whole listing.
4. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notification". It should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India, and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We may forward a complete counter-notification to the original complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within a reasonable period that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content. We do not restore content that is unlawful, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited by our Terms.
5. Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of removing listings and restricting accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Website without notice. We may also report suspected trafficking, non-consensual imagery or other illegal content to the appropriate authorities.
6. Misrepresentation warning
Knowingly making a false statement in a takedown notice or counter-notification can expose you to liability, including damages, costs and legal fees. Before submitting, confirm that you own the rights, that the URL is correct and that your statement is accurate. Do not use this process to harass a competitor or to remove lawful content you simply dislike.
7. Privacy, consent and non-copyright removals
If you are the person shown in a photo and you did not consent to its publication, or if content reveals private information, you can request removal even if you do not own the copyright. Email [email protected] with the subject "Image Removal Request" and include:
- The URL(s) of the content you want removed.
- A clear explanation of your connection to the content and why it should be removed.
- Reasonable evidence of identity or consent, where requested. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.
- Your contact details so we can confirm the request.
We treat revenge-porn, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats and impersonation as urgent. We may remove such content immediately while we review, and we may report it to law enforcement. Requests made in bad faith or to expose another person's identity will be refused.
8. Legal requests and preservation
We respond to valid court orders, law-enforcement requests and statutory notices. Where permitted, we may notify the affected user. We may preserve relevant records for a limited period when we receive a credible complaint or legal request. We will not disclose more information than is legally required.
9. Contact for notices
Send all DMCA and content-removal correspondence to:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject lines: "DMCA Takedown Request", "DMCA Counter-Notification" or "Image Removal Request"
- Website: escortgoaservice.com
- Location: Goa, India
Please send notices by email only unless we provide a different address. Keep a copy of your notice and any delivery confirmation. We cannot accept collect calls or messages sent through social media as formal notices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page to reflect changes in the law, our process or our contact details. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised process.
